- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have landlorrds insurance with these guys - I put ina claim and there was NO response depsite chasing it over 6weeks - I eventually had to have the repair done myself as it was urgent. Curstomer service is appalling - when i wanted to cancel my policy, having used it for 2 months only, they said i woulc only get a £30 refund, even though I had spend £100 on it 2 months ago - its appalling that they basically charge you almost for the whole year when you want to cancel making it impossible for you to go ahead with cancelling - I have to remain their customer but am SO angry - DONT ever use these guys - they may come up cheaply on insurance sites but their are con artists and will simply ignore claims you put inby Irum KhanOctober 12, 2017
