- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Pharmacy totally incompetent, supposed to deliver my mothers medication 1 week before she runs out. They constantly take it up to the wire and this week is no exception , she is still waiting now for her delivery and she runs out tomorrow. It's just not good enough. Their stock excuse is not enough staff which makes it even more unacceptable. Boots need to get their act together before their incompetence causes a medical emergency !!by MOSCHI69August 30, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I moved to rugby a year ago and decided to change to this chemist because of the txt reminder service which worked very well at my old boots. Unfortunately this one is now where near. I have only received 1 txt message and that was after I called them to ask why i had not had one. This has now become the norm. It would be great if they could actually answer the phone in the 1st place. I have now found it quicker to go to the shop and ask which to be honest defeats the object of having a txt reminder service,by Lisa JamesAugust 02, 2017
