  I have just spent a week on cedar ward well what can i say 5 star service my quality of care was exceptional above and beyond there caring compassionate reassured me every step of the way i felt very cared for from the dr metcalfe and is registar to the aesthetics put me at ease was not worried at all.And the nurses well there just wonderful hannah and gemma and catherine were just lovely but so were all the rest there deserve so much more than there paid but you can tell there so dedicated to there profession i enjoyed it so much i didnt want to go home oh and the food was excellent too.

  I recently stayed in Cedar Ward after a total hip replacement. Having never been operated on before , I was obviously anxious about the whole hospital experience. I shouldn't have worrried at all. Everyone from the tea ladies to the surgeon were excellent. The nurses and physiotherapists were understanding and kind and the care staff, cleaners and porters were dedicated and professional. I enjoyed every minute of my stay! Thank you so much.

  Fantastic caring staff, as always our NHS does an amazing job. The problem lies with underfunding. This is painfully obvious when you have to wait 5 hours to be seen. They are dramatically understaffed, as most hospitals are at the moment. ALL the doctors and nurses I've ever encountered at St Cross have been trying their hardest to keep the ship afloat. They're always kind and well mannered and go the extra mile to work as quickly as they can whilst doing their job efficiently. I recently broke my toe and luckily for me, I was seen, xrayed, treated and out in under an hour. Fabulous team of dedicated professionals.
